X-CLARITY™封固溶液是一种折射率匹配溶液(RIMS)，根据Yang等人(2)开发的配方进行改进。该溶液的折射率(RI)在25°C下为1.460，在较宽的温度范围内保持稳定。X-CLARITY™封固溶液最大限度地减少光漂白和保留荧光信号，使其成为透明的荧光标记组织样本的理想溶液。
