X-CLARITY™折射率匹配溶液是一种高质量、低成本的折射率匹配解决方案(RIMS)，由Yang等人开发的配方改进而来。该溶液在25℃时的折射率为1.460，在较宽的温度范围内都很稳定。X-CLARITY™折射率匹配溶液最大限度地减少光漂白和保留荧光信号，使其成为透明和标记组织样本的理想溶液。
