Great instrument, easy to use. It’s a nice machine easy to use and with the 8 count per slide you win a lot of time compare to the other machine with 2 counting per slide. The accuracy of the machine is almost the same that you can have on FACS machine.

If anything calibration seems slightly higher when compared with manual counting, but that is not a problem as reliability is what we were looking for.
