The Luna FL is easy to use and quite accurate. As we use fresh primary cells in our lab, it was essential to utilize a fluorescence system to count and measure the viability of our cells. We are very pleased with this product, which provides us with all the necessary information in just a few seconds. You also need only a small amount of product and cell to do the counting, which is always a plus.
Excellent aquisition for our lab! We use daily for counting cells, including PBMCs, monocytes and BMDMs. Thankfully, it also allows us to count Aspergillus fumigatus conidia, due to the size range it provides, which was game changing for us. It saves us loads of time and results are always very reliable.
