The machine is accurate and the results are reproducible. Slides are a bot expensive but absolutely worth it. you can get reusable slides for cost saving. Great for single cell sequencing applications Precise counts. They AO/PI dye mix doesn’t stain debris, thus allowing accurate viable cell count which is a prerequisite for single cell analysis. We have been using it in the lab extensively and are happy with the results, we’ve recently ordered our second machine.

Great tool: Rapid, accurate and easy to handle. It’s a great tool for counting cells in a suspension. In contrast to old counting methods such as the Neubauer method, this product facilitates the counting around world. Counting can be done faster, and more accurately and the operation is straightforward and therefore easy to use. The only disadvantage is, that it’s a little expensive. But the high throughput is definitely recommended and worth the money.
