Great results, can’t live without this machine. Other cell counters (trypan blue method) sometimes detected debris, but Luna fL can use AO/PI, so it does not detect debris. The reproducibility of the AO/PI method is high, which is very useful for experiments. It would be great if there was autofocus, as it would be troublesome to manually focus each cell count.

To sum it up, the device is a real time saver and a must have in every lab. This is one of the top two devices in our lab. This greatly saves time for cell counting.
